Music Salon at Bulgarian Embassy
The Washington International Young Artists Music Series (WIYAMS), meticulously organized by The International Art Development and Promotion Association (IADPA), is dedicated to creating a global platform for exceptionally talented musicians, fostering deeper connections between audiences and young artists, and rejuvenating the classical music concert experience through innovation and new interpretations. Recognizing the importance of offering young artists broader opportunities to showcase their talents and promote cultural integration, WIYAMS collaborates with partners to secure more concert hall performances, leveraging music's universal language to enrich the arts landscape.
Since October 2013, WIYAMS has delivered captivating performances at prestigious venues including the Catholic University of America, the Embassy of Bulgaria in the United States, and Georgetown University. In January 2024, WIYAMS welcomed talented young artists from 12 renowned U.S. universities, including Yale University, Johns Hopkins University, The Catholic University of America, Manhattan School of Music, University of Maryland, The Juilliard School, Rutgers University, Shenandoah University, and the University of Alabama.
On November 1, 2024, WIYAMS returns to the Bulgarian Embassy in Washington DC, collaborating with Bulgarian Music Society and American Masters Music Awards to present our latest production, "Washington Music Salon".
