2024 Rooted and Rising

Rooted and Rising is a celebration of Stockton Scholars incoming and graduating scholars. Stockton Scholars is the first of its kind program in the City of Stockton, offering resources and a higher ed community to all eligible graduating seniors in the city. In year 6 of Stockton Scholars program history, we will celebrate our second graduating class.

Rooted and Rising Morning Celebration will feature food, activities and programing where we will recognize our scholars and their accompishments. We will welcome in a new class of scholars from the high school graduating class of 2024, and welcome our second college graduating class into Stockton Scholars Alumnihood.
