About this Event
The Los Angeles Chapter of Public Relations Society of America (PRSA-LA) is celebrating twenty years since the first Quality Time with PR Minds event. Since 2004, this event has supported Los Angeles nonprofits with their PR/communication goals, and the PRSA-LA board is excited to host this year’s event at the Edelman Los Angeles office. The event pairs PR professionals with local nonprofits to share PR best practices and brainstorm tactics to help the organizations succeed.
This year’s event will be held on Friday, Sept. 27, 2024 from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. at Edelman Los Angeles in Hollywood.

Who's Invited?Nonprofit participants: Up to two nonprofit employees/staff volunteers from certified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations based in the Los Angeles region.
PR practitioner volunteers: PR professionals interested in donating their time to provide counsel to nonprofits looking to advance their communication skills and strategies.
Accreditation InformationPR practitioner volunteers with the APR credential earn CEUs for in-person volunteer events and public service. Be sure to log your credits in your accreditation portal online.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Guests can access the Edelman parking garage on Gower Street or North El Centro Avenue. All guests can park in any non-reserved space on parking levels 2 – 5. Parking validation will be provided.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No. The registration table will have a list of names and pairings.
