The [REP-ELITE] program is for 11-16 year old athletes looking to develop their game to an elite level. This specific program is designed to be consistent with national level concepts and athlete’s base requirements for STRENGTH, SKILL, INTENSITY and BASKETBALL IQ.

Proudly, over 40 VESA athletes have competed at VIC Country events in the last 12 months proving the value of a holistic training program.
