ACE, Counseling and Career Development, Work-based Learning, Division of Youth Services, Justice Involved Personnel and Department of Corrections professionals are coming together for the 2nd Annual PWR Conference! Our goals align in so many ways, so we knew that this was a perfect opportunity to offer a more expansive lens to working with students, inclusive of Special Populations, to support their Postsecondary Workforce Readiness success in Colorado.
This exciting event will take place on Thursday and Friday, November 14-15, 2024 in Glenwood Springs, CO! Get ready to connect with fellow professionals to gain valuable insights, feel professionally refreshed and renewed and have a blast!
At the conference, you'll have the opportunity to attend a wide range of engaging workshops and sessions led by experienced teachers and education experts. Discover innovative teaching strategies, explore new technologies, and exchange ideas with like-minded professionals.
Our event promises a fun-filled day packed with interactive activities, networking opportunities, and an inspiring keynote speaker. Whether you're a seasoned educator or just starting your career, this conference is designed to empower you and enhance your teaching skills.

The exhibitor fee for this two-day conference Sponsorship is $200. This gives you a display space, potential opportunity to present, a special acknowledgment in the program, and an item in swag bag. The conference is scheduled November 14, 11-4:55 (LUNCH PROVIDED) with a networking opportunity from 5:30-7:00. On November 15 (BREAKFAST AND LUNCH PROVIDED), the conference commences in the morning with tours within the community followed by conventional conference time from 12:30 – 4:00. The anticipated schedule is:
· Wednesday, Nov 13 will serve as a Pre-Conference offering TWO credentialing classes ($44 fee) will be delivered on site: Work Based Learning Coordinator class & CTE in Colorado for School Counselors (and friends) who wish to obtain the CTE Specialist Endorsement (or any other needed CTE endorsements). Both of these workshops include lunch.
· Thursday, Nov 14 will be a late start for those traveling and will have Keynote and Break Out Sessions to enjoy.
· Friday, Nov 15 will be a full day beginning with regional site tours followed by more break-out sessions.
