2024 Pre-Convention Meeting for Diocesan Convention

Pre-Convention meeting dates: (All meetings begin at 6:30pm except for the last one on 10/20 at the Cathedral, which will begin at 4:00pm.)

• 10/15, Virtual - Voting Training Session only*

• 10/17, Virtual - Voting Training Session only*

• 10/18, online and in-person: The Philadelphia Episcopal Cathedral - 19 S. 38th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104

*NOTE: To participate in one of the "Voting training sessions", Parishes must submit their deputies names by September 27, 2024. Login and password information for deputies will be emailed to them directly.

• Proposed resolutions
• Proposed Canon changes
• Proposed 2024 Budget
• Candidates seeking nomination can speak

After you register, the zoom link for each event date will be sent to you by email. Please note that each pre-convention meeting is assigned its own unique zoom link information, therefore, you will not be able to use the same zoom link for other meeting dates.
