Volunteer for the Moonlight Classic Night Bike Ride!

Ready to be part of an incredible event that supports Children's Mental Health? Join us as a volunteer for the Moonlight Classic Night Bike Ride, July 13th! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals like you to help make this event a success.

Why Volunteer?

• Support a Cause: By volunteering, you're supporting the children of Orchard Place and making a difference in your community.
• Fun and Excitement: Experience the thrill of the Moonlight Classic firsthand while helping riders navigate the course and cheering them on.
• Meet New People: Connect with fellow volunteers and participants, and be part of a vibrant community event.

Volunteer Opportunities:

• Course Marshals: Guide participants along the route, cheer them on, and assist as needed.
• Riding Marshals: Ride the course wearing reflective vests and offer help to participants along the way.
• Set Up Crew: Assist with setting up tents, tables, and other event equipment.
• Sign Brigade: Help with the placement and removal of signs along the route.
• Packet Pickup: Assist with distributing participant packets and on-site registrations.
• Tear Down/Clean Up Crew: Help tear down event to leave the street in top condition.

Training and Logistics:

• Virtual Training: Don't worry if you're new to volunteering—we'll provide virtual training to ensure you're prepared for your role.
• Packet/Supply Pick-Up: Get your volunteer packets and supplies before the event or designated spots for Orchard Place and Sammons employees.Options are available during registration.
