Welcome to the 2024 Northwest Territories Tourism Annual General Meeting and Conference! The AGM and Conference will take place at the Explorer Hotel in Yellowknife, from Tuesday, November 5 to Thursday, November 7. The Dinner and Celebration event will be held at the Chateau Nova Hotel, in Yellowknife the evening of Thursday, November 7.
We are excited to provide sponsors and industry professionals an opportunity to participate in a three-day event that includes workshops, professional development, networking, inspiring speakers, and concludes with our annual Dinner and Celebration event. Throughout the 3 days attendees, operators, speakers, sponsors, and special guests will have a chance to connect, build relationships, and increase their knowledge of the tourism industry. NWT Tourism will also showcase some of the exciting marketing content we use to market the Northwest Territories to domestic and international audiences.
Please read the information below to help you choose the right ticket type for you and your group. Note, you may register more than one person at a time.
• Members: NWT Tourism members members are eligible to purchase their ticket at a discounted rate. If you are a member of NWTT make sure to choose the member ticket option.
• Dinner and Celebration Ticket only: This is for guests who are not attending the Conference or AGM, but would like to attend the Dinner and Celebration the evening of Thursday, November 7.
• GNWT Ticket: This ticket is for GNWT employees (it does not include GST).

Please note: No ticket refunds will be issued after Monday, October 21 at 5pm.
We understand that plans change so if you are no longer able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. The cancellation deadline considers catering and other contractual commitments between NWT Tourism and service providers for the 2024 AGM and Conference.

An important reminder about voting in the Board of Directors elections and on business arising at the AGM:
Regular and Associate Members of NWT Tourism who are in good standing will have voting rights in the Board of Directors election and on items arising at the AGM. To be considered in good standing, a member must have renewed or completed a new application for membership by July 31, 2024.
