2024 NOABJ Jazz Brunch presented by ENTERGY
The New Orleans Association of Black Journalists (501c3 nonprofit) will host the 2nd Annual Scholarship Jazz Brunch and Silent Auction on Saturday, October 12th at The Cannery.

In addition to fellowship with prominent community members, NOABJ will award (2) scholarships to students working to further their journalism education. We will also honor Black journalists who were pivotal in providing fair and accurate coverage of the Black community in New Orleans.

Last year, our event raised $20,000 from our generous donors and we are committed to raising even more this year.
The honorees and scholarship award recipients will be celebrated with a brunch. Food and music will be provided. We also plan to auction items with proceeds benefiting the NOABJ Scholarship Fund. Join us as we celebrate the journalists who dedicated their lives to making our
