We invite you to our 4th NOLA BugFest held on Saturday, October 12, 2024, from 10:00am to 3:00pm at our Administration building. The Mosquito, Termite, and Rodent Control Board (NOMTRCB) is located at 2100 Leon C. Simon Dr., New Orleans, LA., 70122 and has over 18,000 square feet of exhibitor space, laboratories, and training rooms. NOLA BugFest will have a full day of fun and entertainment for all ages. This free event will have more than 35 organizations and 40 educational booths and activities. Attendees will be able to interact with entomologists and other scientists to learn about the fascinating world of insects, spiders, and wildlife found in and around New Orleans. Activities and crafts include face painting, a temporary tattoo station, insect dances, edible insects, patent leather beetle races and a coloring station.
