Excitement is stirring for the 25th Annual Jesus in the City Toronto Parade & Festival on Saturday September 7, 2024 starting 12 noon, downtown Toronto at Queen's Park.The festivities will commence at 12 PM with an opening celebration and proceed along Bloor Street, Yonge Street and College Street, returning to Queen's Park for an exciting concert celebration and festival.
The Jesus in the City Parade is a lively musical street pageant, illustrating scenes and themes from the books of the Bible.
The vision to "celebrate love for God and love for people through music, the arts and culture" has brought thousands of believers together to lift up the name of Jesus on the streets of Toronto and internationally.
Sponsored by Jesus in the City along with local churches, businesses, charities and organizations, this annual event attracts up to 25,000 in attendance as floats, marching bands, choirs and churches with banners raised high in celebration, sing, dance, and spread the message of hope, love, peace and the joy of salvation.
