^pending the confirmation of the marathon event date, the final trip date can only be affirmed by the organiser about 3 months prior to event date. If you are unable to join the trip due to the change in trip date, the non-refundable deposit paid can be used as a trip credit for future booking of any travel arrangements departing by 31 December 2024.
