About this Event

The Fundraising Immersion is an intensive deep dive into fundraising best practices and basic tools needed to create and maintain a thriving culture of philanthropy in your organization. This six week immersion will focus on the fundamentals of building a strong development program and is perfect for Executive Directors and Development Directors of small to mid-size nonprofit organizations in northern New Mexico. Nonprofit board members are welcome as well.

The 2024 program will be in person at the Santa Fe Community Foundation and will be held every Wednesday from 9am – 12 noon, beginning on March 27, 2024.

The program runs for 7 weeks (no class on week 5, April 24). Minimal homework will be assigned weekly. Through the homework, participants will tailor the tools and templates provided in this course for their organizational use. Participants will use week 5 (no session) to tailor the Case for Support and Development Plan. Each session builds on the one before and participants are asked to be present for all 6 sessions.
