We invite you to join the 2024 Florida permaculture Convergence. This is an immersive weekend of hands-on workshops, engaging speakers, seed & plant sharing, farm to table meals, nature walks, yoga, trade blanket, music, fire art and more. This years theme: Cultivating the Canopy: Guardian and Nurturer of the Understory, highlights the essential role of the canopy within the ecosystem. Just as the canopy provides shelter, stability, and resources for the plants and organisms below, it also serves as a guardian, shielding them from harsh elements and supporting their growth. By recognizing and cultivating the canopy as a vital component of the ecosystem, we can ensure the health and resilience of the entire ecosystem, fostering a balanced and thriving environment where each element plays a crucial role in sustaining the whole.
