About this Event

NAWBO is partnering with WRMSDC and USPAACC West to host an Earth Day-adjacent event sponsored by Salesforce. The event will focus on sustainability content, ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles, B Corporation certification, and impact funding, specifically curated for small and diverse-owned businesses. Lunch will be included.

Currently, Madison serves as Vice President of Procurement Programs – Supplier Governance & Compliance at Salesforce, where he is at the forefront of reshaping how organizations approach procurement and supplier best practices. He orchestrates high-performing teams to spearhead supplier diversity, inclusion, and sustainable procurement efforts, illuminating a path toward sustainable business practices that prioritize both social impact and financial success. Madison's ability to establish a clear mission and vision for program leaders in partnership with global stakeholders reflects his strategic acumen and unwavering commitment to driving tangible change. Additionally, Madison is the Managing Partner at Gunter Group, Inc. a boutique business strategy consulting firm. He focuses on designing disruptive and impactful industry strategies for business development, supplier diversity, and supplier sustainability programs. Previously he nurtured global partnerships and inclusivity efforts for Cisco. Madison holds an MBA from Santa Clara University and a BA in International Relations from California State University, Chico. He has demonstrated his commitment to giving back through volunteer efforts that align with his passion for diversity and sustainability.
