Welcome to the Ascension Seton CapTex Tri presented by Lifetime, Austin's Premier Triathlon! We are excited to celebrate our 32nd year on May 27, 2024! This Memorial Day Weekend race draws athletes from all over to kick off summer in Austin, Texas, the Live Music Capital of the World. The race begins with a swim in Lady Bird Lake with beautiful views of the downtown Austin skyline. The bike course takes athletes down historic Congress Avenue, right to the heart of downtown Austin. The race concludes with a run with panoramic views of downtown before the rousing finish and post-race party at Auditorium Shores (Vic Mathias Shores).
