Following the success of last season's Middle Distance Night, we’re excited to bring it back with added sprints and field events!
🌟 What’s New?
This year, we’re expanding the program to include a mix of track and field events, offering something for everyone.
🏃 Events Offered:
Track Events (Seeded):
100m (U9-U17 | 105 athletes, 15 heats of 7)
200m (U9-U17 | 75 athletes, 15 heats of 5)
400m (Unlaned) (U7-U8 | 60 athletes, 3 heats of 20)
800m (U9-U17 | 128 athletes, 8 heats of 16)
1500m (U11-U17 | 80 athletes, 4 heats of 20)
Field Events:
Discus (U9-U17 | 15 athletes per block)
Shot Put (U9-U17 | 15 athletes per block)
Javelin (U11-U17 | 15 athletes per block)
Long Jump (U7-U17 | 15 athletes per block)
Triple Jump (U11-U17 | 15 athletes per block)
ℹ️Event Guidelines:
Athletes (U9-U17) can enter up to 2 track and 2 field events. Events will clash, and track takes priority over field.
Field Events: Grouped by weight for throws and board/mat for jumps. Only 2 attempts per field event.
Limited Spots: Register early as fields are restricted in numbers.
