Conscious dance is a soulful dance practice which combines movement with mindfulness and meditation techniques. It's an expressive and therapeutic practice that encourages dancers to tune into their inner experiences, emotions, and bodily sensations while moving.Conscious dance is freeform movement allowing participants to freely express themselves without adhering to specific choreography or techniques. The focus is on moving in whatever way comes naturally to the body in any moment during the journey. It is a beautiful process of mindfulness, body awareness, authentic self expression, letting go of any self judgement and being in a state of presence.
Conscious dance has various potential benefits

The evening will begin with an opening circle at 7pm.
We will engage in some energy movements together as a group to become at ease in the experience. You will then be lead into stillness and the music shall carry you on your own unique movement journey from there. We will dance alongside one another for roughly an hour and 15mins..
Once again you will be lead into stillness and the journey inwards will commence supported by a Sacred Sound Journey.
The exchange is:
• $35 for one dancer
• $50 for two dancers
