Join us for the 2024-2025 Annual General Meeting and Recognition Night on Thursday, October 30th, 2025, at 5:30pm. The event will be held at The Jane Street Hub, located at 1541 Jane Street, home to our West Toronto Youth Wellness Hub site.
The evening will highlight “Guided by our North Star”, the theme for Yorktown Family Services' fiscal year April 1st, 2024, to March 31st, 2025.
We will be recognizing the excellence of staff, community members, and partners who have contributed to the organization’s success. Come and learn about the many efforts and accomplishments of the past year, guided by our commitment to our North Star: our clients, their families and the community.
The evening's events will feature guest speakers and award presentations. The awards ceremony will be followed by refreshments at 7pm.
