REGISTRATION: In Person Registration

Please indicate all meetings and functions you plan to attend, and whether you will be bringing a guest. The registration fee to attend this year’s program is $150. You may pay your registration fee online by credit card, or by check. Registration fees for the Spring Technical Committees are nonrefundable. To pay by check, make the check payable to SERC Reliability Corporation. Checks must be received by Wednesday, March 1, 2023.

VIRTUAL REGISTRATION: There is no fee associated with Virtual Registration. Registration closes Monday, March 6, 2023.

A receipt will be provided to you by email. Please retain this receipt for your records.

HOTEL INFORMATION:

The SpringHill Suites by Marriott Charlotte Southwest has reserved guest rooms for attendees of the meetings from Monday, March 6, 2023 through Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at the reduced rate of $129 (exclusive of applicable state and local taxes). The rate of $129 does include a complimentary breakfast, The room block will be available until Wednesday, March 1, 2023 or until the block is sold out; whichever comes first. Reservation requests received after Wednesday, March 1, 2023 will be accepted based on availability and at the hotel’s prevailing rate. Please click here to make Online Reservations. The hotel requires a credit card in order to guarantee the room and tax. Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for their own room, tax, and incidentals.
