There's nothing like Free Training Day - one day where martial artists from all over get together to share, train, and celebrate all that martial arts means to us.
We've stripped the ego out of the event by making it completely free - no cost to attend, and no payment to presenters.
Everyone is there for a single, simple reason - their love of the arts.
We'll be rocking Keene, NH again, in the St. Joseph's Regional School gym space.
