About this Event
The 2023 International Customer Service Week celebrations in Cameroon will be marked by two key events.
? The 4th edition of the Cameroon Customer Experience Summit and
? The first edition of the Cameroon Customer Service Fair & Expo.
This year's celebrations go beyond the regular Summit to become the country's biggest customer experience gathering for both customer Service/experience (CX) professionals and clients.
The events will take place in Douala. the economic capital of Cameroon. Key Activities will include the gathering of CX professionals, games, expositions, masterclasses, customer engagement, musical concerts, and much more.
