Check in (pay fees at this time) will be on Saturday, August 20, from 6:30-7:30 AM at the Rabbit Barn.
Carrying Cage Show so rabbits can leave after the show is over.
Please clean up around where you are sitting, garbage cans will be provided. Don't groom and leave fur everywhere !!
Make sure all rabbits have water in their
carrying cages at all times
Pre-Requested Sale/Exhibit Coops are by
Exhibitor Name. Please Fill Out a page in our book, listing each rabbit you are leaving for sale, so we can assign a number for each rabbit.
NO SALES OF RABBITS WHILE SHOW IS GOING ON !!!
1 hour after show has been dismissed, rabbits can be sold PROVIDED WE HAVE AN EXHIBITOR SHEET IN OUR BOOK.
Rabbits left for sale can be purchased anytime during the week, but WILL NOT BE RELEASED UNTIL the end of fair (Sunday) August 28 From 1- 4 pm.
NO BOXES WILL BE PROVIDED!!!
Buyer will be responsible for getting a cage, food and water bowl and a box/cage to transport the rabbit home.
MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD TO PURCHASE A RABBIT. ALL SALES FINAL!!
This is an ARBA Sanctioned show and all rabbits entered must have a permanent tatoo in their LEFT ear.
Premiums will be paid by the fair in each class as follows: 1st - $8.00; 2nd - $6.00; 3rd - $4.00.
Show Awards: BOB with 10+ will receive a picture plaque. BOB with less than 10 and all BOS will receive a ribbon.
BIS will receive a picture plaque and $10.00. Reserve will receive a picture plaque and $5.00. (Only 1 plaque per winning entry with all awards listed.)
All breeds and varieties NOT recognized by ARBA will be judged together in a BUNNY CLASS (no tatoo needed) for place ribbons only. (No Premiums Paid)
CVI's are still required for all out of state exhibitors.
Though every precaution will be taken, neither the Wilson County-Tennessee State Fair nor the individuals working the exhibit will be responsible for the loss of any rabbit or any injury.
