Join us on Thursday, September 29 from 9am to 4:30pm at the Salem Convention Center for the 2022 CCO Oregon annual conference and celebrate the 10th anniversary of Oregon's coordinated care model.Our keynote will be former Governor John Kitzhaber , who was governor when the coordinated care model was established and Oregon Health Plan members began enrolling in CCOs in 2012.

The keynote will be followed by presentations in concurrent sessions featuring innovative coordinated care projects and programs addressing integrated care, housing, the use of data systems and tools, reproductive health, community health workers, climate + health, behavioral and oral health projects, telehealth, and more! The day will include a lunch plenary session focused on the behavioral health system and a final panel of Oregon State Legislators will discuss what’s ahead for state health policy and the next 10 years of coordinated care.
