Philadelphia magazine will comply with all CDC regulations at the time of this event. In the event the festival must be cancelled due to increased COVID-19 concerns, all tickets will be refunded. Participation in the event will require the completion of a waiver and proof of vaccination. You must be 18 years of age or older to complete the form. Anyone under 18 will require a parent or guardian to be present.
