On behalf of APAMSA at the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine, we are excited to announce that the 2022 Region VIII Conference will be held on Saturday, October 22nd at UCSF. This year’s conference theme is “ASIAN: Achieving Solidarity In AANHPI Needs.” Our goal is to connect medical and pre-medical students from across the northwestern United States to learn about the unique challenges that Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander communities encounter.

Masks are required to be worn throughout the conference except when eating or drinking.
Eating is not permitted in the conference lecture halls and classrooms. All food will be consumed in lobby areas or outside.
If you experience any fevers or chills, cough, shortness of breath, vomiting or diarrhea, muscle or body aches, or loss of taste or smell in the two weeks leading up to the conference, please DO NOT attend the conference.
