Incredible work is happening in Christian schools!
Baylor's Center for School Leadership is ready to make progress with Christian school leaders across the country on problems of practice that we have found are common in all schools.
Don't improve alone. We are better together when Christian leaders employ disciplined inquiry on the problems that matter most.
On June 14 and 15, 2021, join school teams from around the country for a two-day launch of what we hope will be a year of improvement. By the end of our time together on June 15, you will have created and presented your plan for addressing one of five problems of practice and launching a year of progress with three to eight other schools that will be applying improvement science approaches to solve the same problem with you.

3) Student assessment and feedback
4) Teacher feedback and peer observation for improved student excellence
5) Enhanced teacher and administrator evaluation for improved student excellence
Based on the problems of practice that schools want to address, we will organize collectively-led improvement communities of school teams.
What we need from you:
1) One team of administrators and teachers (three to ten members that must include at least one administrator and one teacher)
2) Your selection of one problem of practice you would like to address
3) Other schools with whom you might like to work (optional – you can suggest up to five other schools)
Cost: $2,500 per school

- 8 facilitated virtual monthly check-ins beginning in September + 1 (optional) in person meeting in San Diego, CA as a pre-conference event at .
We believe that result in transformational work and the discovery of tools that could significantly advance school leadership. By June of 2022, we know we will be collectively celebrating evidence of significant progress and publishing results for other schools.
As improvement is continuous, we hope this will become an ongoing part of your annual growth.
