wants to dive deeper into Yoga and connect meaningfully with others, as well as those that aspire to teach. It will be spread across 8 weekends again so that you can continue your normal daily city life alongside the training.
🌿 Our 200hr YTT is Yoga Alliance approved and on completion when you receive your certificate, you’ll be eligible to register as a Yoga Alliance certified teacher.
During our YTT, we will cover

– Asanas (focusing on adjustments, alignment & modifications)
– Inversions & Arm balances
– Teaching & Sequencing
