Embark on a journey of self-discovery through the transformational experience of The Om Lounge Teacher Training. Created and led by Suzanne Nagel and Lead Trainers, Alexi Petnuch, and Olivia Saccameno, you will immerse yourself in yoga teachings, practice, and study. The Om Lounge is rooted in the belief that all individuals are welcome as they are and this 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training reflects that belief of inclusion. Whether you hear the calling of a teacher, are interested in exploring your personal practice and beliefs, or want to deepen your knowledge of yoga, this training holds space for you. Our program is now available for you to take online or in the studio (limited to only 15 in studio trainees) and will provide you with a comprehensive teaching toolkit to confidently teach vinyasa yoga from your heart. Through inquiry, practical application, philosophical and mythological study, you will explore the avenues of yoga and gain a unique voice.what sets the om lounge training apart…
Trainees will...
Discover how to cultivate your individual voice and teaching style. Teachers learn how to creatively sequence from the ground up and express their OWN creativity.
Learn how to build meaningful classes that are sequenced intelligently, creatively, and anatomically informed.
Gain confidence to teach ( if that is your path) and/or transform your own personal practice and philosophical understanding of yoga.
Practice teaching in The Om Lounge Community Classes under the mentorship of training staff.
Learn how to create an inclusive, supportive, and fun environment while thoughtfully observing & guiding your students in a safe practice.
Take time to develop, digest, and apply the materials and skills explored through our progressive module weekends & other program requirements.

The Om Lounge is a Registered Yoga Alliance School that exceeds the required standards of a 200 hr training.
During the scheduled program trainees receive a full unlimited membership at the Om Lounge for the duration of training.

*We understand that things happen. If for some reason you must miss a session, up to 12 hours of training hours can be made up with permission from teachers. Beyond 12 hours, trainees will incur additional costs beyond tuition. No exceptions.

Upon completion of our training you will receive a certificate making you eligible to register as a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) through Yoga Alliance.

Application Fee: $25 (credited toward tuition; non refundable)
Deposit: $200 (credited toward tuition; non refundable)
Early Bird Special (Deadline December 4th, 2022): $2700 (paid in full)
Early Bird Payment Plan (must make first payment by December 4th, 2022): $2800 total
(Payments after $25 application fee & $200 deposit): $858.33 x 3 months
PAY IN FULL BY January 1st, 2022- $2900
FULL PAYMENT $3000 (after January 1st, 2022)
Full Payment Plan : $3000 (Payments after required application fee and deposit, $462.50/month for 6 months) First payment due January 1st, 2022

*Tuition is non-refundable after January 15, 2022. Also, any refund before then will be only partial 40% of total.
** There are absolutely no refunds once training has begun . No exceptions.
***Payment plans are granted with signed contract, and must be completed in full regardless of completion of training.
