Our next 200-HR Yoga Teacher Training will come together for the first time on Friday, November 15th! We're anticipating a powerful, engaging group of students to step over the threshold - will you be one of them? This enrollment is LIMITED to 11 students in order to create an intimate, safe, strongly-bonded circle - the secret ingredient for profound, authentic transformations.
Any of our previous graduates will tell you that our trainings are way, way more than just learning how to teach poses. This is an enormously profound process of guided, supported self-transformation.
Because, the thing is...we're not really interested in creating repetitive, robotic cue-givers. Instead, we gently help you unzip and unpack everything you've ever been taught or told about yourself, how to release what no longer serves you within those narratives, and how to clean up and re-attune the rest of you so that you can be a truly grounded, aligned, transformative teacher for your students. You can't guide people on a path you've never been on - we're here to hold your hand in the hopes that you'll eventually hold the hands of others down this path of embodied, moving consciousness with yoga as the foundation.
