Our training begins May 15th and meets every other weekend for 8 weeks on:
- Fridays: 5:30pm – 9:00pm
- Saturdays: 10:30am – 5:30pm
- Sundays: 12:00pm – 7:00pm
Through a comprehensive curriculum, you’ll learn:

- Anatomy, alignment, and intelligent sequencing
- Breathwork, meditation, and energetic awareness

- How to lead safe, empowering, and accessible classes
