200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training - Seattle, WA at Mother Yoga
Join us for an immersive and transformative yoga teacher training in the heart of Seattle, WA. Our 200-hour program is designed to deepen your yoga practice, enhance your teaching skills, and empower you to guide others on their yoga journey. Led by experienced and passionate instructors, this training offers a comprehensive curriculum that covers asanas, alignment & anatomy, pranayama, ayurveda, meditation, yoga history & philosophy, and more.
Starting on Sun Feb 04 2024, this training will span several weeks, meeting every Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM until May 5th, 2024. This 4 month training program will provide ample time for you to absorb the teachings and integrate them into your life. Whether you aspire to become a yoga teacher or simply deepen your practice, this training is suitable for all levels.
