Our curriculum is grounded in the Ashtanga Primary Series, while also exploring Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga, giving you a broad, adaptable foundation to teach confidently across styles. You’ll learn:

Founder of Seven Chakras Yoga Studio and long-time Ashtanga practitioner, Rebecca brings a wealth of experience from studying with global teachers (David Garrigues, Kino MacGregor, David Swenson, and more). Her approach is honest, practical, and rooted in both tradition and modern understanding — creating a space where every trainee feels supported to grow.
