Our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is designed to be a transformative and supportive journey — helping you grow your personal practice, gain confidence as a teacher, and connect with a heart-centered community.
Upon graduation, you’ll be eligible to register as an RYT-200 with Yoga Alliance.

Start Date: January 29, 2026
Graduation Date: June 19, 2026
Format: 6-month program meeting on Thursday evenings (7-9pm) starting Jan 29 and select weekends (9:00-5:30pm) each month. The graduation ceremony will be on a Friday evening, June 19.
