This comprehensive 200-hour Yoga Alliance-accredited training is designed to fit into your busy schedule while offering the depth and structure of an in-person program. The format combines online learning with in-person classes held every other Saturday, culminating in a full final weekend.
This program is perfect for students who want to teach or simply deepen their understanding of yoga. It includes a strong foundation in history, philosophy, movement, anatomy, and professional teaching practices.

📚 Curriculum Overview
- Yoga Philosophy: Yoga Darshana, Samkhya, Hatha Yoga, and Buddhist teachings
- Asana Practice & Teaching: Vinyasa-based, inclusive, and adaptive instruction
- Pranayama & Meditation: Foundational breathwork and meditation techniques
- Anatomy & Physiology: Functional anatomy, movement science, and energetic systems
- Ayurveda: Introduction to holistic health practices
- Trauma-Informed Teaching: Understanding the nervous system and inclusive cueing
- Business of Yoga: Ethics, professionalism, and career guidance
✅ Certification Requirements
- Attend all in-person sessions (up to 3 can be made up through online modules)
- Complete all online coursework
- Submit 25 observation hours with a certified RYT-200 or higher (movement, meditation, lectures, etc.)
- Complete an open-book written assessment
- Teach a 60-minute practicum class

- Required Text: The Path of the Yoga Sutras by Nicolai Bachman
- All bodies and experience levels are welcome. Students are taught how to adapt and teach to diverse needs.
