200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training: 6 Month Raleigh NC Training

This 6-month program is designed for all levels to give you an introduction to the basics of yoga and help build your confidence in teaching. Each module includes lectures postures meditation pranayama and anatomy knowledge along with hands-on practice. We will work together to create a safe environment for learning as well as developing self-awareness and personal growth.

At the end of the program participants will receive a certificate in Yoga Teacher Training and be qualified to register with Yoga Alliance as an RYT-200. During this 6-month program we will explore how yoga can enrich our lives and help make us more aware of ourselves and others. Come join us for an amazing journey into the world of yoga!

Leah is a certified Executive Coach for Authentically Connected Coaching® and co-owner of Barre-Up Raleigh Movement Studio. She is a yoga enthusiast turned transformative force. Her journey began with her first yoga certification in 2014, leading to her co-creation of the Pro Power Yoga Teacher Training program.

Leah's dedication to fostering mind-body connections and helping individuals discover their authentic selves remains unwavering. Her impact resonates in the yoga community and beyond.

Tiffany has a Master's degree in Sensory & Systems Neuroscience from the University of Virginia and works professionally in gastrointestinal physiology research at NC State University studying translational models of GI diseases and the interaction of the enteric nervous system on mechanisms of repair in the small intestine and colon. She applies her professional training in science and research to teaching yoga through her detailed study of the human body & functional yoga for life. Tiffany is a Yoga Medicine® Therapeutic Specialist with formal yoga training in Restorative Yoga & The Nervous System, Yoga for Athletes, Yoga for Mental Health & Wellness, Shoulder Biomechanics, Trauma-Informed Yoga and Myofascial Release. Tiffany is also a Reiki Level 2 practitioner and sees clients for private yoga & holistic wellness sessions.
