⸻
? WHO THIS TRAINING IS FOR
✔ Dedicated practitioners ready to deepen their understanding of yoga
✔ Those feeling called to teach — now or in the future
✔ Teachers who trained years ago and want to refresh, update, or re-root their practice
✔ Practitioners drawn to somatics, nervous-system-informed teaching, rest, and sustainability
Many students join not to “become a teacher overnight”, but to restore confidence, clarity, and connection — to their body, their practice, and their purpose.
This training also forms a continuing and CPD-friendly pathway, with SYRN Immersions linking naturally into the 200-hour for those wishing to deepen or formalise their learning.
⸻
