This 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is an in-person intensive held in Cheltenham, delivered over two immersive weeks. Designed for those ready to fully commit to their practice and step confidently into teaching, this training blends direct, hands-on learning with thoughtful self-study and integration.
Upon successful completion, graduates are eligible to register as a 200-hour Yoga Alliance–certified teacher.
Training Format
This intensive training combines classroom-based learning, guided practice, discussion, and structured assignments to support both understanding and embodiment.
In-Person Classes:
Monday–Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm
Weekend Assignments:
Independent study, reflection, and preparation to support integration and assessment
Dates: 13th April – 26th April
All sessions are delivered in person in Cheltenham, creating a supportive and immersive learning environment with real-time guidance, hands-on adjustments, and meaningful community connection.
What You’ll Learn

Learning is supported through lectures, experiential practice, group discussion, and written and practical assignments.
Assessments & Certification
To successfully complete the training and receive certification, students must complete:
- Weekend assignments throughout the training
- A Final Practical Assessment, demonstrating the ability to safely and confidently lead a yoga class
- An Open Book Written Exam, designed to assess understanding and integration rather than memorisation
These assessments ensure you graduate feeling prepared, supported, and ready to teach.
