Join Ana Liz Ceregatti for a fully guided, somatic-based, freeform movement practice to connect with your body, express emotions, and embrace natural rhythms. Creative movement exercises and curated world music will awaken your senses and vitality, bringing you joy, harmony, and healing through movement.

Ana will guide you to cultivate a deep connection with your body from inside and out, access wisdom, release tension, and realign your energy for a truly embodied experience of self-care.

This is an inclusive practice that welcomes women and queer folks with all levels of experience with movement/dance, to explore unique expressions in a supportive, judgment-free space, fostering creative connections with self and others

Ana Liz is a mixed-race immigrant woman based in Los Angeles, specializing in somatic therapeutics and expressive arts, empowering women+ to embrace self-ownership, nurture talents, and heal from personal and collective trauma. Her approach leverages the body and artistic expression to help individuals uncover hidden strengths, heal their nervous system, and reshape limitations to create positive change in their lives and communities.

Ana has extensive training in the Halprin Life/Art Process®, a movement-based expressive arts therapy methodology that utilizes movement/dance, somatics, art making, poetic/creative dialogue/writing, sounding, improvisational performance, ritual, creative reenactments, and collaboration to aid in individuals processes of self-discovery and healing.
