Join us for a 2-Day in-person workshop located at the Gemba Academy training facility centrally located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area in Keller, TX.
This interactive workshop is designed to help you build confidence with Toyota Kata, from learning the foundations to practicing real-world coaching. Over two days, you will discover how to develop new skills, apply scientific thinking, and gain hands-on experience that prepares you to coach others effectively.

- Engage in an experience that is both challenging and rewarding, designed to strengthen your confidence as a Kata coach
