Join our 2-day Psychodrama Workshop in Budapest!May 27-28, 2025
Are you an expat or international living in Budapest? Are you looking for a unique way to explore your emotions, gain insight into your life, and connect with others in a meaningful way?
Psychodrama is an experiential method of exploring personal stories, emotions, and relationships through action. It’s a powerful tool for self-discovery, emotional healing, and personal growth.
In this safe and supportive group setting, you’ll have the chance to step into your own experiences—and even into the shoes of others—to gain fresh perspectives and a deeper understanding of yourself.
This two-day workshop is open to anyone curious about psychodrama, whether you’re completely new to it or have previous experience.
You don’t need to be an actor or have any special skills—just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore. This method focuses on self knowledge and self awareness and not artistic expressions.
What to expect:
A safe, supportive, and non-judgmental group setting.
Opportunities for personal growth and self-reflection.
Experiential exercises and techniques that bring new insights into life’s challenges.
Connection with an international community of like-minded individuals.
