Join us for a two-day immersion into Nervous System Care Camp—a gentle, experiential exploration of how to understand, support, and soothe your own inner landscape.

Through the lens of yoga, sound, somatics, and simple science, we’ll explore what the nervous system is, how it shapes our patterns of stress and safety, and how we can begin to work with it—rather than against it. Each day offers a blend of accessible education and deeply restorative practice to help you not only learn about regulation, but feel it.

Expect grounding movement, stillness, sound, embodied inquiry, and supportive space. This isn’t just information—it’s a felt experience of what it means to land more fully in your body, in your breath, and in your life.

Come as you are. Leave with tools, insights, and a little more room to breathe.

With a collective 33 years of teaching experience, Angie and Jacq share a deep passion for helping people feel safer in their bodies—and in the world around them. Both are dedicated to creating grounded, welcoming, and inclusive spaces where all parts of you are invited to the table. Their approach is trauma-informed, heart-centered, and sprinkled with a few good laughs along the way. At Nervous System Care Camp, you’ll be supported to unwind, reconnect, and remember your own innate resilience.
