Hello Friends
I am holding a small retreat on my land in Cowichan Valley
November 23-24.
This will be a Meditation-Medicine Retreat 🍄🟫
I am really humbled to be able to offer this type of work in a safe set and setting.
I will be offering the traditional PAT type of work. If you would like to know more about what this is about contact me.
This retreat will be a container for healing and exploring our inner world, creating congruency and alignment with all parts of ourselves.
A place to get closer to the truth of who we are. Working with what gets in the way of you fully being in alignment with your truth.
A place to go within and be in a safe and sacred container with a trained Relational Somatic PAT Therapist as well as another Relational Couneller and an Energy worker and sitter.
This will be an opportunity to drop your masks and turn towards who you really are.
There may be some difficult moments and joyful and ecstatic moments. Laughter and tears and a place to be YOU!!!
I am a trained facilitator with a Masters PAT Certificate from VIU and feel this work can provide transformation and deep insight and healing.

10:00-12:00 Create our container (Circle and Connect about Intentions and Creating Saftey ) Dropping into our Bodies
12:00-1:00 Set up Alter and Make Medicine Tea
1:00-8:00 Medicine-Meditation
Hot Tub Available
A Nourishing Meal and drinks will be ready for you after.
Sleep (There will be rooms and spaces to sleep)
*There is an option to leave if you can only stay the day and you will need someone to come and pick you up.
November 24th

10:00-12:00 Circle and Integration-Connection
Go with flow and have some food after, maybe a walk.
