Join us for 2 x 1 CE classes with a lunch in between!
The Traditional HECM course (11am-12pm) is designed to increase a real estate agent's understanding of Today’s Reverse Mortgage and how it was designed to help their clients access their housing wealth to age in place, protect other assets, and retire more freely.
Lunch will be from 12pm – 12:30pm.
The Lifestyle Home Loan course (12:30pm-1:30pm) will cover the basic history of the HECM program which is designed to equip them with the basic knowledge and understanding of this loan program, qualifications and suitability, and how it can benefit their existing and future clients.
