🍫 Cacao Ceremony in Pine Forest Hammocks
$60 per guest
Join us for a deeply nourishing Cacao Ceremony held in the tranquil pine forest hammock sanctuary at Jaybird Hammock Farm. This heart-opening gathering is designed to awaken the heart, calm the mind, and gently reconnect you with your inner truth. Rest in a softly cradling hammock beneath towering pines, surrounded by the steady rhythms and open presence of the forest.
The ceremony is guided by Lacey and Darin Lehman, who have spent over 13 years working intimately with the Spirit of Cacao. Together, they create a grounded, heart-centered space for healing, reflection, and connection. Guests will sit with Guatemalan Criollo Ceremonial Cacao, learning about its rich history, energetic benefits, and the sacred traditions that have carried this plant medicine through generations.
The evening opens with invocation, gratitude, and blessing—welcoming the presence and guidance of the Spirit of Cacao. Supported by the earth below and the pine canopy above, you’ll be gently guided through intention setting, meditation, and peace mantras, turning inward to explore the essence of your heart.
As you rest comfortably in your hammock, the journey unfolds through ceremonial song, live music, and a restorative sound healing experience. Darin and Lacey’s offerings support emotional release, energetic alignment, and heart-centered connection through ritual and sound. As cacao opens energetic pathways, you’re invited to soften emotional layers, access inner wisdom, and step more fully into your truth.
Throughout the ceremony, you’ll be immersed in a rich, layered instrumental soundscape, intuitively woven to support deep rest and reflection. Instruments may include acoustic guitar, gong, pantam drum, hapi (steel tongue) drum, Native American flutes, koshi chimes, kalimba, crystal singing bowl, harmonium, and other sacred instruments. These sounds support nervous system regulation, deepen meditation, and gently carry intention and emotion through the body as you rest beneath the pines.
The evening closes with quiet integration time in the pine forest hammocks, allowing insights, clarity, and heart-opening experiences to settle naturally before returning.

🌧️ Weather Cancellations
Florida weather is unpredictable, and weather-related cancellations at Jaybird Hammock Farm are never made lightly. We consider on-site conditions like standing water and setup timing when making these decisions—not forecasts alone. We know cancellations can disrupt your travel, hotel, or childcare plans, just as they impact our small farm’s revenue. We’ve experienced guest frustration when the call is made too early and the weather clears, and also when it’s made last-minute. There’s no perfect moment—but we always do our best to make a thoughtful, safety-based decision. Once a cancellation is made, it is final. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. Reschedules or refunds will be offered.
