About this Event

Let’s be real. Life isn’t always sunshine and rainbows. Sometimes, it’s messy, heavy, and downright hard. And yet, I still believe in celebration—even when I’m mad, sad, or feel like nothing is going right.
Why? Because celebration isn’t about faking happiness or ignoring the hard stuff. It’s about reclaiming your power, honoring your emotions, and reminding yourself of your strength.
When we choose to celebrate, even in the midst of uncertainty or fear, we:
- Tap back into our confidence and gifts
- Regulate our emotions and nervous systems
- Expand what’s possible for ourselves and others
- Connect deeply with community and support

The world needs you in your power—fully resourced, confident, and unapologetically YOU.
Come learn how celebration is a tool to transform your life. We'll practice celebrating ourselves for both the small and big wins in our lives. You'll come away feeling energized and motivated from the feel good chemicals released when we celebrate! (Dopamine, serotonin and oxytocin are released when we celebrate in community)

Together we can help normalize women sharing and honoring being not just doing. You'll discover just how much you always have to celebrate and how celebration can build confidence and help you step into your power.

Don't worry if you feel a little cringe or vulnerable celebrating yourself. This is totally normal. Celebration is like working out, it gets easier and more powerful with repetition.

This practice encourages inclusivity, helps us take-in what’s going well, attract more of what we want and feel abundant. So, join us for deep connection and a boost of positive energy to your week.

About Hannah (event facilitator)

I help women gain clarity and confidence to define life on their terms through somatic coaching and accountability. After enjoying a successful decade-long career in corporate sustainability, leading events, and international voluntourism experiences, I now offer retreats, corporate workshops, women’s circles, and 1:1 coaching.

As a women's empowerment coach, retreat leader, and community builder, I specialize in bringing women together to build relationships, cultivate mind-body connection, and experience greater levels of joy, celebration, and belonging. I lead with enthusiasm and vulnerability. My focus is on equipping women with the tools they need to step into their power, deepen their relationships, spice up their routines, trust their intuition and generate belonging wherever they go.

I support my clients in navigating transitions, mitigating burnout, and healing old patterns and stories that no longer serve them.
