Bring a friend and come move with us! We’ll kick things off with a community bootcamp workout designed for all fitness levels. Bring your mat or towel, water, and a great attitude. 💪
⚡ Fuel Station Provided
We’ll be getting everyone fueled up before the workout with 1stPhorm pre-workout, and after we train we’ll have protein recovery shakes to help your body recover and start rebuilding those muscles properly. Bringing a shaker cup would be great but not required.
After the workout, we’ll wrap up with a Macro Talk where I’ll break down how to determine the calories and macros *YOUR* body actually needs.
⚠️ Your macros are specific to YOU
Don’t follow your friend’s numbers, a random calculator, or the macros you used years ago. Your body, goals, and lifestyle all matter when setting the right targets.
✅ Everyone who attends will leave with a sheet that includes their personalized macros so you can start fueling your body properly.
