About This EventFirst responders carry an extraordinary level of responsibility, stress, and nervous system load. This group breathwork experience is designed to support deep nervous system release, regulation, and renewal in a safe, grounded, and community-centered space.
Through guided breathwork, participants will be supported in releasing accumulated tension, stress, and emotional weight—while gently resetting the body’s natural capacity for calm, clarity, and resilience.
This is not about pushing or reliving experiences.
