1. Only MGBS Sports Club holds the authority to decide on and modify the time, venue, subject, judges and mentors of the segments. Objections should be notified to the Sports Club.
2. The judge's decision will be considered as the ultimate decision in any of the segments and objections regarding the judgment process will not be entertained.
3. All the participants are humbly requested to follow these terms and conditions and co-operate with MGBS Sports Club in organizing a remarkable festival for them.
đ.đ.:
1. Participants will be informed about the time and date of different segments later through an event post. All the participants are requested to be punctual and be present at the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the segments as the schedule will be strictly maintained.
2. There will đđđ be any spot registration facilities.
3. Online registration will be available for both Centralians and students from other colleges.
