About this Event
You are cordially invited to the 1st Sango Gunmi Orisa Community Conference! Named after and in honor of the first African American initiate In the United States, this conference’s goal is to tap the imagination and aspirations of next generation Orisa worshippers from all over the nation to share their dreams for a united and empowered Orisa Community. This conference will form the basis for next steps in the development of a village of progressive Orisa houses, organizations and individuals.
Your presence will help us create a progressive and sustainable infrastucture for current and future generations to grow and thrive in. Join us as we create a society that can succeed beyond our ancestors' wildest dreams!
PLEASE NOTE : This conference will span over two days with an early check in on the evening of May 24th, conference workshops and a banquet on May 25th, and concluding with an Anya Drumming on May 26th.
